What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, phone number, village and a description of the appliance problem. The booking form on this site does not upload anything to a server — it composes a WhatsApp message that you choose to send.

How we use it

To schedule and perform your service visit, and to honour warranty claims. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Service terms

• A doorstep visit and diagnosis charge applies to each visit.
• Repair work begins only after you approve the quoted price.
• The 10-day warranty covers the same repaired fault only.
• We are an independent repair service, not a brand-authorised centre.
• We do not sell spare parts on a retail basis.
